Carolyn Salter, MD

Carolyn F. Salter, MD is currently practicing General Medicine. She attended Oklahoma State University and Stephen F. Austin State University. She entered medical school before obtaining a B.A. degree, and received her M.D. at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in 1981.
The following year, Dr. Salter served a Rotating Surgical Internship at the Oregon Health Sciences University. She then served an Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Florida from 1982 – 1984.
She is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and practices medicine with her husband, Dr. Gorby. She performs minor office surgical procedures, women’s health exams, and other routine office visits.
